Grass Roots Innovation and Development (G.R.I.D.S) is a nonprofit dedicated to executing community-focused programs designed to support individuals at risk of delinquency, abuse, truancy, and neglect.
G.R.I.D.S’ main objective is to prevent and reduce antisocial behavior, with long-term programs yielding the greatest impact on younger generations. Our team understands the value of cultural competence, which strengthens their ability to connect with and support diverse communities and individuals. In today’s multicultural society, effective leadership requires the understanding, insight, and skills gained through engagement with various communities.
